At HUMAN, we operate on the concept that traditional focus group facilities with one-way mirrors and a laboratory feel can hinder the core objective of focus group research—to delve beneath the surface of participants and elicit real and honest responses.

With this is mind, we have created an environment that allows participants to feel relaxed and comfortable before the discussion even begins. We have converted a house that is appointed with beautiful décor and a zen-like feel. Participants will feel that they have stepped into a friend’s new home, not a sterile conference or interrogation room.

We realize that recruiting the right people—real people with real passions, not professional respondents-- and placing them in a real environment facilitates the process of getting beyond superficial chit-chat and on to a more authentic, human level.
